yes, that's the part i'm concerned with (HC at 15 mph). i have the a-spec program because i had 93 octane available previously, and that's what's in the car now (it was shipped with a full tank). i guess i should get it reprogrammed as c-spec? (though this shouldn't have impacted my test results today, since the tank is full of 93 octane) i thought the car had been running rich at idle since i put the plenum back on, but haven't dialed in the ebc on a dyno yet (at which time i can watch a/f), because i need to drop in my new clutch first. i didn't do any tuning specifically before going for smog, but i did do most of those things you mentioned during a plenum pull a few months ago. i replaced my stock filters with a doolz set up, installed colder plugs and confirmed the gap, replaced the fuel filter, confirmed timing was 15 deg, replaced a ton of vacuum lines, pcv valves, misc vacuum hoses, and fuel hoses. i haven't looked really closely at my o2 sensors yet, but at a glance using conzult they appeared to be working properly. i need to do a more thorough test though. i have no error codes from the ecu, though. thanks. andrew davidoff
